So is this beef stew with apples in it? Could be interesting.
Oops, not actually with apples. Poor wording choice. Just we got rained on while apple picking (which happily kept the crowds thin where we went), and warm stew is exactly what we needed. I bet a bit of apple might work with the stew...hmm.
Maybe with a pork or veal stew. With a bit of honey, mustard and cabbage.
